DESCRIPTION:Comment gérer le risque alors même qu’il augmente avec le changement climatique? Comment allier plaisir et sécurité ? MountaiNow a pour but de combler l’un des plus grands besoins des amateurs de montagne: Connaitre la dernière évolution de la neige\, la glace\, la roche et des sentiers – en un seul coup d’oeil. MountaiNow utilise une infrastructure à l’avant-garde\, connue sous le nom de geoSDI. Cette technologie permet de gérer des données géo-spatiales complexes en temps réel (via smartphone ou internet). \n                                \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nwww.mountainow.net \nLe principe de MountaiNow est simple : Construire à partir d’observations faites sur le terrain une carte dynamique des dernières conditions\, incluant niveaux de conditions générales (bonnes-moyennes-mauvaises)\, statistiques de dangers spécifiques (p.ex. 9/10 personnes rapportent des signes d’avalanche dans un secteur spécifique)\, et photos/messages d’alertes correspondant à ces dangers. Avec MountaiNow\, partager ses observations est un jeu d’enfant – grâce à des icônes intuitives et une interface ultra-rapide\, également disponible hors-réseau. \nLa créatrice de MountaiNow a longtemps travaillé à Genève et vit maintenant dans la région lausannoise. Docteur en météorologie/climatologie (ETH Zürich)\, elle a une grande expérience des systèmes d’informations et un amour de toujours pour la montagne (Chef de Course du Club Alpin Suisse\, Section Morges/Diablerets).
